Cocktail Cosmetics

Tucked away in a tiny little corner of Birmingham famously called The Custard Factory is a girls make-up's dream... Cocktail Cosmetics. The wonderfully named shop sells international make up that is incredibly hard to get in the UK!

Gerard Cosmetics' colourful stand of lipsticks and lighted lipgloss.

The shop is small but that doesn't stop it stocking several well known brands such as Gerard Cosmetics, Sigma, OCC, LA Girl, Morphe Brushes and lots more!
I picked up the much hyped Gerard Cosmetics lipstick in the shade 1995, a yellow toned correcter concealer from L.A Girl and the pink and blue vegan Morphe Brushes set. It set me back £37, but I think it is definitely worth it with it including a whole brush set.

If you live in Birmingham and have never heard of this place, I suggest you give it a visit as you will not be disappointed, and for the folk who are just visiting Birmingham, I highly recommend checking out the Custard Factory as a whole, it's full of great quirky shops, cafes and pubs. It's also great to get away from the constant crowding at the Bullring and pick up some unique and often vintage pieces.

They also used to sell NYX but had to remove them due to L'Oreal buying them out and therefore places such as this and Next are no longer allowed to stock them. However, if you pop over to the website here, they are selling NYX for a discounted price to get rid of it all!

Do you know of any places in your area that sells hard to find make-up?
